- Stand approximately eight to nine inches away from a wall and line up your back with the wall (your back should be directly against the wall).
- Now bend your knees and squat down so that your legs are parallel to the floor. Hold for approximately 10 seconds.
- Go back to your starting position, and repeat a few more times if necessary.
- Grab hold of a doorknob.
- Pull yourself away from the doorknob and hold for 10 seconds.
- Repeat this process a few more times.
- Sit cross-legged on the floor.
- Put the palms of your hands together and slowly raise your arms over your head until your wrists are touching the top of your head.
